Additional Information

  • Out of state voters are eligible for mail-in-ballots and absentee voting. All Chatham University students can choose to vote in PA and can use their school year address to register. New PA voters and PA voters who need to update their registrations can do so by filling out a voter registration application.

Students can also choose to register at their permanent address, whether it is in a different state or different PA county. Students who want to register at their permanent address that is outside of PA can use TurboVote to find out deadlines and important information about voting in their home state.

  • When voting in person, it's important to remember to wear a mask to your polling place. When standing in line to cast your vote, make sure you are standing six-feet apart from others. It is also important to bring hand sanitizer with you and be respectful of those around you, including poll workers.
